Our "Just maintain, please" plan is for businesses who want to have their websites consistently monitored but don't need much for updates. This plan is not eligible for e-commerce websites. This plan includes:
- Basic website support via email only
- 30 minutes of client-requested content updates with a turnaround time of 1-3 business days (this includes simple changes like pricing changes, adding/removing team members, adding a service, uploading a blog post you've written, etc.). Additional time is billed at $75/hour. If you don't use it, you lose it (in clear terms: it doesn't accrue).
- Weekly updates to theme, plugins, and WordPress core
"I need more stuff!", or our Intermediate Plan, is for businesses who want to have their websites consistently monitored and would like some monthly content updates. This plan is eligible for e-commerce websites. This plan includes:
- Priority website support via email and chat
- 60 minutes of client-requested content updates with a turnaround time of same to 1 business day (this includes more complex changes, like adding new website pages or products, blog post writing, SEO updates, etc.). Additional time is billed at $75/hour. If you don't use it, you lose it (in clear terms: it doesn't accrue).
"Just do it all, would ya?", or our Advanced Plan, is for businesses who want to have their websites consistently monitored and would like content writing and page development. This plan is eligible for e-commerce websites. This plan includes:
- Priority website support via email and chat
- 120 minutes of client-requested content updates with a turnaround time of same to 1 business day (this includes more complex changes, like adding new website pages or products, content writing, SEO updates, stock photo access, landing page development, etc.). Additional time is billed at $75/hour. If you don't use it, you lose it (to be clear: it doesn't accrue).
